Graduate Student Group

This group is for graduate students and other young adults looking to deepen spiritually by discussing interesting topics, sharing the joys and challenges of graduate student life, and being supported with prayers. We also have tea and snacks! The format is that of a covenant group.

As of March 2008, the Grad Group is engaging in a book study of the New York Times bestseller The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief (Free Press: 2006), written by Francis S. Collins, the head scientist of the Human Genome Project. This will be a great opportunity to discuss the intersections of faith and science and to consider important ethical issues of today.
