CA House Events

Throughout the year, we offer many one-time programs and events for spiritual growth, service and justice, and sometimes just for fun. These include: an LGBT Pride Week Panel, occasional movies and discussions, and an annual Picnic Day Crepe Breakfast.

In Spring 2007, we offered a Progressive Christianity Awareness Week to educate our campus about liberal Christianity. In Fall 2007 we partnered with the organization Sahaya International on their HopeWalks, which raised over $9000 for AIDS orphans in Africa and India. In Winter 2008, we sponsored a training by the internationally-known Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service.

A highlight of our year is always the Interfaith Progressive Dinner, in which students from CA House and a diverse collection of other campus ministries share a "moveable feast," learning about each other and making friends. Student-initiated one-time programs are always welcome!
