MLC Floor Plans

Each townhouse has the same basic layout and can house 6-7 residents. Houses 12 and 15 have double bedrooms on the first and second floors, that may be occupied by 1 or 2 residents.

An average single bedroom is approximately 110 square feet.
An average double room is approximately 125 square feet.
