In an ever-changing and developing world, CA House believes it is more important than ever to live a sustainable lifestyle.

As Christians we are called to be stewards of the earth, but as a collective humanity we have a mutual responsibility to protect and respect the earth. We practice this value through efficient composting and recycling systems, encouraging our residents to participate with the bins provided to them, and promoting Davis’s bicycle culture to reduce carbon emissions. Our MLC townhouses were constructed using green materials, and we continually seek new and developing eco-friendly technologies to incorporate into our daily living. At our programming events, we invite community members and local organizations to educate us on current environmental issues and ways to get involved.
